About Us

Let me introduce myself as Jeff Waschbusch, the owner/manager of Trophy Booker. I'm a lifelong outdoorsman who grew up hunting, fishing, and generally enjoying the outdoors. To this day I spend the majority of my free time bowhunting whitetail, fishing for smallmouth, walleye, and northern pike, and shed hunting in various parts of the US and Canada.

I've owned and operated an antler import and outdoor business for over fifteen years now. This business has allowed me to travel across the US and Canada, and meet a lot of people in the outdoor industry. A lot of those are guides and outfitters who are always looking for new clients. I've referred a lot of hunters to US and Canadian outfitters over the years, and I've gotten a feel for how this business works. It's something I really enjoy doing. So, this year I decided to launch a website. I've had a lot of success selling antlers on the internet, and I know that I could have the same success booking hunts.

I ran the idea by my friend Gregg Boethin, and he thought it was an awesome idea! Gregg is a lifelong hunter/fisherman himself, who's been in the internet marketing business for the last 6 years of his life. His passion for and fishing, and his experience in designing over 70 websites made him the ideal candidate for a partner in this business.

Gregg designed the Trophy Bookers website, and has come up with a marketing plan that is very successful at booking hunts. Part of this plan includes advertising on a network of 23 hunting/fishing websites he designed previously, with a variety of themes. These make it possible to target very specific audiences, and create a lot of exposure for the trophy hunts we're offering.

And that's the story of Trophy Bookers, so far anyway.
